Uganda Premier League fixtures in Round 9 and the prices against them
Eight matches make up Round 9. Five of them carried a price at the refresh. Each price is the one its brand published for the match, and kick-offs are East Africa Time.

Lugazi against SC Villa is the widest line of the round, 6.95 against 1.49 at BetWinner. UPDF against Kitara is the closest, 3.425, 2.71 and 2.23 at 22Bet. The away side is the shorter price there.
URA against Vipers is the evening match, 20:00 on the league's list. 22Bet has Vipers at 1.77 and URA at 4.465.
Round 10 from 3 to 7 November and the table behind it
Round 10 is a midweek round. On Tuesday 3 November, BUL host SC Villa, Police host Kitara and NEC host UPDF, all at 16:00. Wednesday 4 November brings Kataka against URA at 16:00 and KCCA against Maroons at 20:00.
Thursday 5 November has Ntugasaze against Entebbe UPPC and Express against Blacks Power at 16:00, then Vipers against Lugazi at 20:00. Kigezi Homeboyz host Mbarara City on Friday 6 November at 16:00. Kitara host URA on Saturday 7 November at 16:00, a fixture the feed files under Round 3 as a rearranged match.
None of those ten matches carried a price at the refresh.
The table on the league's site on 31 October had SC Villa top on 21 points from nine matches. NEC were on 20 from nine and BUL on 20 from eight, with Entebbe UPPC and KCCA on 16. Kigezi Homeboyz sat last of the 18 clubs on one point from seven.
BUL against SC Villa on the Tuesday is therefore first against third. Vipers, on 11 points from seven matches, face Lugazi two days later.
What USh 10,000 on a Round 9 price pays after the 15%
22Bet appears on the NLGRB list for 2026 as Arcadia Hospitality Limited, NLGRB-BM-26-0221. It withholds 15% of the net win at payout and passes it to URA. Take the evening match as the worked case.
USh 10,000 on Vipers at 1.77 returns USh 17,700. The net win is USh 7,700, the tax USh 1,155, and USh 16,545 reaches the MoMo number. The same stake on URA at 4.465 returns USh 44,650. The net win is USh 34,650, the tax USh 5,197.50 and the payout USh 39,452.50.
BetWinner, which quoted the three Saturday afternoon prices, holds a Curaçao licence and withholds nothing. USh 10,000 on SC Villa at 1.49 there pays the full USh 14,900. A complaint about the settlement has no Board to go to.

Where the 2026/27 season stands and how the board reads
The 2026/27 StarTimes Uganda Premier League got under way on 28 August 2026. Four clubs came up from the FUFA Big League, and 18 clubs sit in the table. FUFA publishes the competition rules, and the league's own site carries the fixture list and the standings.
The board beside the ranking on the licensed-and-offshore ranking prints one price per outcome, the best among the ranked brands for that match. It names the brand quoting it. A local round is priced later than an English one, so a Saturday match often shows nothing on the Thursday.

Questions punters ask
Why do some matches on the board carry no price?
A price is printed only once a ranked brand has published one for that match. Local rounds are priced close to kick-off, so the whole of Round 10 stood unpriced on 31 October 2026, and Maroons against Kigezi Homeboyz was marked postponed on the league's own fixture list the same day.
Is the 15% taken off a win on a local league match?
Yes, at a licensed brand. 22Bet, NLGRB-BM-26-0221 on the 2026 list, withholds 15% of the net win at payout and passes it to URA, whatever the league. BetWinner holds a Curaçao licence and withholds nothing, and a dispute with it has no Ugandan regulator to go to.
